Paint-In Plus! November 2025

Join us for our last “Paint-In PLUS” of the year on Saturday November 15 — a gathering of artists that provides the time and place to paint together in a studio setting PLUS a little something extra! This event is hosted in partnership with Ontario County Arts Council’s Open Art program and Finger Lakes Community College.

November’s “PLUS” is the opportunity to take advantage of some of Canandaigua's unique local attractions in addition to enjoying the warm camaraderie of painting with artist colleagues. Come early to grab a coffee and a sweet from nearby North Star Cafe, Resilience Bakery, or Sweet Solutions, and then leave time afterwards to enjoy the Christkindl Market at the Granger Homestead. As usual, bring a painting you’re working on (or struggling with!). Enjoy sharing with other members or ask for feedback and suggestions as desired. The facility has tables and chairs, restrooms, a fridge and microwave, and a utility sink for cleaning up. Just bring your own set-up with table or standing easel, something to work on, and a towel or cloth to protect the area under your easel.  Works-in-progress encouraged or paint from something at the gallery.  Students from FLCC and members of OCAC will join us.

Free parking is available on Main Street, next to City Hall at the railroad tracks, or behind Canandaigua National Bank.

Note that you don't HAVE to register in order to attend, but we do appreciate getting an idea of how many will be there, so come even if you forgot to register!
